What is it?

AvantMenu is a revolutionary interactive guest service system, developed to be flexible and adaptable to use in a wide scale in the hospitality industry. It has features to use in restaurants, hotels, bars, coffees, take aways and even in shops.

What is it good for?

In restaurants customers will use an iPad instead of a conventional printed menu and wine list. Information about any of the meals or drinks, wines are not limited anymore. AvantMenu features high definition vibrant pictures, food descriptions including dietary information, food and wine pairing and customers also will be able to leave comments about their experience.
Each of the AvantMenu iPads are linked to the guest management system, which is simply called AvantWaiter. Customer requests are sent directly to the waiter’s device, therefore the waiting staff can attend the guest prepared and as soon as possible. It helps the staff to track their guest’s requests and orders through an easy to use system. From AvantWaiter, orders and information could be sent directly to the kitchen or bar, also receipts and statistic reports could be printed straight away.

Mire jó?

A vevő egy iPad készüléket használhat a sima papíralapú étlap, itallap és borlap helyett, és így az étlap/itallap/borlap egyes tételeiről nem csak pár sornyi információt kap, hanem akár megnézheti a képét az ételnek, elolvashatja a receptet, készítési módot, más vendégek megjegyzéseit, allergia esetén előre tájékozódhat az összetevőkről, vagy akár még borajánlást vagy ételpárosítási javaslatot is kaphat az egyes tételekhez, így egy igazán jól informált döntést hozhat. E mellett hívhat róla pincért, illetve leadhatja róla a rendelését, valamint jelezheti fizetési szándékát is, nem kell arra várnia, hogy mikor jön oda pincér. A szoftver értesíti a pincért az egyes vendégek jelzéseiről, így már a vevő konkrét igényeire (pl.: utórendelés, fizetés) felkészülve mehet oda, amitől hatékonyabbá válik a pincérek munkája.
